40 days or more before departure: ₹2,000/- per person will be deducted as processing & administrative charges. The remaining amount will be refunded.
15 days prior to arrival: 35% of the Tour / Service cost will be charged.
07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / Service cost will be charged.
48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
To confirm your booking, the payment schedule will be as follows:
40% of the total package cost is payable at the time of booking.
50% of the total package cost is payable 30 days prior to the departure date.
Remaining 10% of the total package cost is payable upon hotel check-in on the day of arrival.
Children below 5 years are complimentary.
Children aged 5 to below 10 years will be charged 50% of the adult package cost.
Children aged 10 years and above will be considered as adults and charged accordingly.
