• Flight booking is subject to airline availability and applicable fare rules.
• Seat/meal preference is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Cancellation, rescheduling, refund and no-show charges will be as per the respective airline's rules.
• In case of airline cancellation due to weather, technical or operational reasons, only the actual refund received/approved by the airline will be refunded to the passenger.
• AarVed Yatra service/booking charges are non-refundable.
• Any additional airline charges, fare difference, taxes or penalties will be payable by the passenger.
• AarVed Yatra is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations or schedule changes beyond our control.
