General Package – Terms & Conditions

• Package services will be provided as per the confirmed itinerary and inclusions.
• Weather, natural disasters, roadblocks, accidents, strikes, government restrictions and other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of AarVed Yatra.
• Any increase in fuel prices, taxes, government charges, vehicle/transportation costs or other applicable travel-related charges after booking, if directly applicable, may result in an additional charge payable by the passenger.
• Any itinerary change required due to weather, road conditions or other unforeseen circumstances will be subject to availability and applicable additional costs.
• Services provided by third parties such as airlines, railways and transport operators are subject to their respective rules and policies.
• AarVed Yatra will make reasonable efforts to provide the confirmed services and necessary assistance throughout the journey.
