🚆 Train Booking – Terms & Conditions

• Train tickets will be booked in the selected class, subject to availability.
• Seat/berth preference (Lower/Upper/Side Lower, etc.) is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• Confirmation of WL/RAC tickets is subject to IRCTC/Indian Railways rules.
• Cancellation and refund will be strictly as per applicable IRCTC/Indian Railways rules.
• In case of train cancellation, only the actual refund received from IRCTC/Indian Railways will be refunded.
• AarVed Yatra service/booking charge of ₹500 per passenger, or as discussed and agreed with the client at the time of booking, is non-refundable.
• AarVed Yatra is not responsible for train delays, cancellations, route changes, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
